This Privacy Policy explains how MORAI collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services for AI-powered photo and video generation.

  • Transaction information: where applicable, limited subscription or purchase status information, billing metadata, and platform receipt validation data. We generally do not collect full payment card numbers ourselves if purchases are processed by app stores or payment processors.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, feedback, bug reports, and survey responses.

4. How We Use Information

  • deliver AI-enhanced edits, restorations, transformations, and outputs;

6. Uploaded Photos, Prompts, and Generated Content

MORAI allows users to upload images and create AI-generated or AI-enhanced outputs. When you upload a photo, prompt, or other content, we may process that content to generate requested visual results, improve performance, detect misuse, and support core app functionality.

  • You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any content submitted through MORAI.
  • You must not upload images of other people without appropriate permission or other lawful basis.
  • You remain responsible for the legality of the content you upload and how you use any generated output.
  • Generated outputs may not always be accurate, realistic, or suitable for every intended use.
MORAI is intended for creative and entertainment-related uses. Outputs should not be relied upon as factual, biometric, identity-verification, legal, medical, or other high-risk determinations.

7. AI Processing and Model-Related Operations

To provide MORAI’s features, uploaded content and prompts may be processed through internal or third-party AI systems, image/video processing pipelines, enhancement tools, moderation filters, and infrastructure necessary to render requested outputs.

We may use automated systems to:

  • generate edited, stylized, enhanced, animated, or transformed visual outputs;
  • detect prohibited content, abuse, fraud, or misuse;
  • improve feature quality, performance, and service reliability;
  • maintain security, moderation, and platform integrity.

Uploaded content is processed solely for the purpose of providing requested features, improving service quality, maintaining platform safety, and supporting operational reliability, unless otherwise stated in a separate notice or consent flow.

8. How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • service providers and processors that help us host, analyze, secure, support, moderate, and operate MORAI;
  • cloud, storage, analytics, payment, customer support, and infrastructure vendors acting on our instructions;
